Welcome to Wondara Expeditions! These detailed Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or reservations.

  1. Booking and Reservations:

    a) Confirmation:

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Wondara Expeditions reserves the right to accept or reject bookings at our discretion.

    b) Payment:

  • Full payment is required to confirm bookings.
  • Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms.
  • Prices are in INR and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

    c) Cancellation and Refunds:

  • WONDARA EXPEDITIONS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.Under this policy:
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • WONDARA EXPEDITIONS does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within Only same day days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within Only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the WONDARA EXPEDITIONS, it’ll take 1-2 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
  1. Travel Documentation:

    a) Passports and Visas:

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid passports and visas for international travel.
  • Wondara Expeditions is not responsible for any consequences arising from insufficient or invalid travel documentation.

    b) Health Requirements:

  • Travelers must check and comply with any health-related requirements for travel destinations, including vaccinations and medical certificates.
  1. Tour Modifications:

    a)Changes by Wodara Expeditions

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or safety concerns.
  • In the event of tour cancellation by Wondara Expeditions, travelers will be offered alternative options or a full refund.

    b) Changes by Traveler:

  • Changes to booking details, including dates, names, or accommodations, may incur additional charges.
  • Requests for changes must be made in writing and are subject to availability and approval.
  1. Liability:

     

    a) Limitation of Liability:
  • Wondara Expeditions is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to property during tours.
  • Travelers participate in tours at their own risk and discretion.
  • We recommend travelers obtain adequate travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
  • b)Third-Party Services:

  • Wondara Expeditions in acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers such as hotels and airlines and other service providers.
  • We are not responsible for services provided by third-party vendors and do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of their offerings. However, we diligently strive to ensure that the services offered by such providers meet our high standards. We carefully select the best available options in each destination to enhance your overall travel experience.
  1. Code of Conduct:

     

    a) Compliance:
  • Travelers must comply with local laws, regulations, and customs of the destinations visited.
  • Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the tour without a refund.
  • b)Behavior:

  • Travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner during tours.
  • Disruptive or offensive behavior towards fellow travelers, tour guides, or local residents may result in immediate termination of the tour without compensation.
  1. Intellectual Property:

    a) Copyright:

  • All content on the Wondara Expeditions website (www.wondara.in), including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Wondara Expeditions or its licensors.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.
  1. Governing Law:

    a)Jurisdiction:

    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
    • Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala, India.
  1. Changes to Terms:

    a) Notification:

  • Wondara Expeditions reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Wondara Expeditions website (wondara.in).

    b) Acceptance:

    • Continued use of our website and services after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
